My two teenagers and I loved the bright and spotless room located in a central location near a great cafe, the Old Town, and beaches, bars, and restaurants.

This hotel is the perfect choice for staying in the center of San Sebastian. The location is exceptional and phenomenal, situated in the old quarter of San Sebastian. It is close to the best food and wine bars and the beach promenade.

Stunningly beautiful, quaint hotel with fabulous people and phenomenal location close to everything San Sebastián has to offer. Good meals with warm drinks. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Location just off the old town surrounded by pintxo bars, the main landmarks of San Sebastián and the stylish shops...

The location was excellent and fantastic, within walking distance of an ethnographic and art museum. The staff were best, attentive, will certainly stay here again.

I had an amazing time staying at Ur-Alde. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The Amsterdam room, with its bunk beds, was a hit with my kids. The location in the old town was perfect for exploring the beach, the castle, and all the nearby shops, pintxos bars, and cafes. I wish I could have stayed for an entire week to fully enjoy everything.

The parking situation, which is not the hotel's fault. Finding parking in the old city area can be a bit challenging, and you have to carry your luggage a few blocks.

As women travelling alone, we felt very safe and well taken care of. the staff at the hotel were polite, helpful, and positive, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with everything we needed right at our doorstep - breakfast, tapas, fine restaurants, tourist attractions. the hotel also provided free and fast WiFi, minibar, an elevator, free bikes, and a balcony. We also received a good discount on parking nearby.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no complaints.

Great location in the heart of the bustling old town with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the beach is just a short walk away, and the pension provides beach towels. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a large bathroom with a fantastic walk-in shower. the owner spoke perfect English and was very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and drink.

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear the noise from the next room. the layout of the beds in the room made it feel like we were sharing the space with more than just our partner.
